T&C 3: Return & Exchange Policy

We at ENASENSE are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality period pants. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we believe in the effectiveness of our products in meeting the unique needs of active women.

To offer you peace of mind and assurance in your purchase, we provide a 30-day refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened, unused, unwashed, and unworn item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Please follow the steps below to process your return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at services@enasense.com within 30 days of receipt, stating the reason for the return and providing your order number.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation email with the RMA number clearly written.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Please note that items returned without an RMA number, or in a used, washed, or worn condition, will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where we detect potential abuse of our return policy. This policy is intended to protect our genuine customers and ensure we can continue to offer high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
