1. Rinse in cold water and hang dry before first use
2. Wear up to 6-12 hours depending on your flow
3. Hand wash or machine cold wash

Although not essential, it is recommended to use a wash bag to avoid damage to the fabric and extend the absorbency and life of your period wear!
